The VIP tiers are: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.3%; Gold — up to 0.5%; Platinum — up to 0.6%; and Diamond — up to 0.8%. To move up to a higher tier, you must remain consistently active on the platform.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The Company reserves the right to correct or cancel transactions where bets or winnings have been issued incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Placing coordinated bets on a single event using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a dispute over the result of any game or betting event, the Company's decision will be considered final.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Separate rules apply for betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports, which can be found in the relevant section of the platform.
• If a match or event is cancelled or incomplete, bet settlement will follow the established rules.
